• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or similar) from a four-year college or university. 5+ years experience in a Software Engineering role.
• Proficiency with: JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, MVC for front end development, and AngularJS.
• Experience with Bootstrap, DataTables, and SASS is preferred, but not required.
• Proven ability to take a broader look at how the entire front-end is structured, and ability to organizing/structuring large projects, set processes, standards, methodologies, etc. A self-starter who leads by example, and is both disciplined and accountable for delivering accurate and timely results.
• Passionate about Software Engineering; staying current on technology and always willing to learn and grow.
• Strong fundamental software development skills including a foundation in computer science.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work together with and lead others.
• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders. Demonstrates a strong attention to detail. Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills.
