Summary
The House Manager has shift accountability for patient care and customer service, staff leadership, quality improvement, financial viability, as well as strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Allocation of staff & optimizes productivity.
- Coordinates service needs throughout facility.
- Communicates effectively with all members of the health care team.
- Support for quality care.
- Serve as change agent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing. Active Kentucky RN License. At least two years of recent leadership and clinical experience. Basic Cardiac Life
- Support (BCLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life
- Support (ACLS) certification required. Pediatric
- Advanced Life
- Support (PALS) certification required. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
