• Degree and/or equivalent industry experience 3. 7+ years business process engineering experience 4. Six Sigma, Lean, and/or other process re-engineering methods/tools experience 5. Project Management knowledge and experience 6.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills. 7.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and experiences 8.
• Proven record of being results-oriented PREFERRED SKILLS: 1.
• Experience in financial and/or mortgage industry 2. BPMN knowledge and working experience along with other Business Process Mgmt software and tools 3.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills 4. Takes initiative and accountability to drive for results 5.
• Strong facilitation skills required. 6. Consistently embraces ownership and accountability situations and roles. 7.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management (SVP, EVP’s) 8.
• Strong leadership skills and experience with the ability to coach, manage, lead professionals 9.
• Ability to transfer knowledge to teams and individuals. 10.
