Hardware Kitting Specialist

Forms+Surfaces   is a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and site products used in high-profile commercial and public projects around the world. With approximately 650 employees both local and international, our team of talented professionals and craftsmen spans numerous disciplines: design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, sustainability, and client support. We are currently seeking a  Material Kitter   to join our team.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Duties and

Responsibilities

• Count, weigh, and check a variety of materials that are placed into containers which are forwarded to production.
• Create reports in a timely manner detailing shortages and/or damage
• Responsible for accuracy and quality of the given task.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional disciplines.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as instructed by manager/supervisor
• Perform regular inventory checks and monthly audits. Job

Requirements

• Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals).
• Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, work processing, & data entry).
• Basic inventory skills.
• Accurate data entry skills (ERP skills is a plus).
• Operate various weighing, sorting, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow supervisor/manager instructions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
