• Sous Chef Pay Ranges Per Positions: Food Service Worker LTC – 16.20-23.50 Cook LTC – 17.25-25.00 Sous Chef – 20.20 - 29.30 Wait Staff – 16.20-23.50 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
