El   Supervisor de Producción   es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de producción en su turno asignado, garantizando la seguridad de los colaboradores, la calidad del producto, la eficiencia de los procesos y el cumplimiento de entregas. Actúa como enlace entre el personal operativo y la gerencia, representando los intereses de la empresa en el piso de producción Objetivo del Puesto
• Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del personal operativo.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, entrega y costo.
• Implementar y dar seguimiento a los sistemas de gestión y mejora continua Funciones Principales
• Asignar recursos humanos y materiales para cumplir con el plan de producción diario y por hora.
• Coordinar con áreas de soporte para resolver desviaciones o problemas operativos.
• Asegurar la correcta aplicación de estándares de trabajo y metodologías como 5S, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, TPM, entre otras
• Participar en juntas de mejora continua y auditorías internas (Gemba Walk, 5S, OEE).
• Supervisar indicadores clave como FPY (First Pass Yield), eficiencia, entregas a tiempo y seguridad.
