• Advanced PowerShell Scripting ·
• Ability to work under a process-centric ITIL Framework ·
• Perform capacity planning ·
• Establish and maintain monitoring approach ·
• Create/maintain knowledge management ·
• Perform Problem management · Transport/Edge management · Cisco IronPort and/or Exchange Online Protection a plus · MIM/FIM experience a plus ·
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment ·
• Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment · Effective skills in task prioritization and time management ·
• Ability to quickly and accurately diagnosis technical issues ·
