Member of Technical Staff (Backend Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend APIs and services that power our AI agents and operations tooling - Ship user-facing features end-to-end (from data model to API to UI) -
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance across the stack -
• Collaborate closely with design, ops, and risk/compliance to ship safe, compliant features - Write tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design/review discussions - Help evolve our engineering standards and product development process

Minimum Qualifications

At least 2 years of full time professional, non-internship experience in full-stack or backend engineering - Experience with backend development (Python, Go) - Strong code quality habits (testing, reviews, docs) and a product mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatory - Experience with LLM/AI-powered products, event-driven systems, or data pipelines - Security, privacy, and auditing best practices - Bonus points if you were an ex-founder
