Job Description AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for Cue Luxury Living in Jacksonville, Florida.

You'll lead the leasing experience from the first inquiry through move-in, helping prospects find the apartment home that best fits their needs while consistently achieving leasing goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

  • Base Pay of $19.00-$20.00 per hour plus competitive commission opportunities. Multiple commission accelerators provide additional earning potential based on lease value, lease term, and achievement of monthly leasing goals. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
  • Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:
  • Higher rent rate unit :  Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
  • Exceeding monthly goal :  Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease
  • Longer lease term :  18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
  • 25% Rent Discount  at any AIR community.
  • Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.
  • Possible Extended Time Off (depending on business need)  to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended.
  • You will  keep all your benefits  (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh and recharge during the holiday season! During your time off the opportunities are endless; take vacations, follow passions, spend time with loved ones, volunteer, or take a seasonal holiday job. Then, come the start of peak season, be ready to return and do it all again!

What You Will Do

  • Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, engaging tours, and effective closing techniques
  • Identify each prospect's needs and confidently present apartment homes, amenities, and lease options that best fit their lifestyle.
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly leasing goals.
  • Respond to prospect inquiries, address objections, and guide prospective residents through the leasing decision process.
  • Maintain accurate prospect activity, appointments, and follow-up plans within AIR's leasing systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, creating positive experiences at every interaction.
  • Support community marketing initiatives and leasing needs across the AIR portfolio as business needs require.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment such as multifamily housing, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or another customer-focused industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, leasing, conversion, or revenue goals.
  • Experience guiding customers through the sales process from initial interest through close.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience using or learning leasing, CRM, and customer communication technology to manage prospect relationships and drive leasing results.
  • Availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed. Hours may vary based on community and season.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional Information
