• Drive the vision and requirements for a new strategic initiative, building the business from the ground up * Convert complex data into actionable insights to propel program growth and ensure scalability *
• Lead high-visibility programs focused on enhancing end-to-end delivery experiences *
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Business Analytics,
• Design, and other Amazon teams *
• Optimize customer experience across Amazon platforms and apps *
• Partner with Operations teams to implement on-the-ground improvements *
• Develop and refine pricing structures *
