- SCCM 2016
- Software packaging and repackaging
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 and Office products
- Remediation of software compatibility issues
- Scripting skills(vbs, powershell etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail Experience:
- 5+ years doing client management at a large company
- Experience working on large deployments (>10,000) to managed corporate environment
- Experience doing Office upgrade deployments and package distribution
