• BS degree. ·
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. ·
• Working knowledge of programming best practices, software development lifecycle, and web, windows service, data transport, and data storage technologies. ·
• Experience understanding and communicating highly technical requirements to technical and non-technical audiences. ·
• Experience working in the financial services industry, specifically brokerage, is a plus. · Exceptional project management skills, with proven experience delivering large projects involving complex technical requirements. ·
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. ·
• Strong focus on relationship building, with the ability to manage up and down as needed, driving change and consensus across the organization. ·
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership & business partners and process feedback constructively. · Collaborative team player and desire to have fun is essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of digital product experience, strongly preferred. Minimum BA/BS degree. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
