Job description
Do you like working in construction or home improvement, but want better hours, pay, and benefits and also stable, full-time employment? Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a growing company? Superior Fence & Rail of The Midlands is an industry leader seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED Lead Fence Installer for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday to Thursday from 6:45am to 5:00pm, and some Fridays as needed. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link. All tools are provided. Pay starts from $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience. **Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background check. Minimum requirements:
- Must have 2-3 years of prior fencing experience and be able to install fence from day 1
- 1-2 years of Supervisory experience
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Pass background check ( no felonies or sex offenses)
- Reliable transportation
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the elements

- Have 2-3 years of previous fencing experience
- Be organized and detail-oriented with a stable job history
- Have 1-2 years of supervisory experience
