Pay: From $18.00 per hour Job description: Location: Schenectady, NY Base Pay: $18/hour (competitive and guaranteed) Bonus Structure: Uncapped commissions! Renewal by Andersen is a seeking a dynamic Team Lead Canvasser. This role is a hands-on leadership position . You’ll guide a team of door-to-door canvassers, train and mentor them to generate qualified sales appointments. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of door-to-door canvassers
• Actively participate in canvassing to set the pace and model best practices
• Train new team members on scripts, techniques, and company values
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Available for work Monday through Fridays 10am to 6pm
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Prior experience in customer service, sales or leadership
