General Laborer Company:  Blue Line Drywall Location:  Long Branch NJ Job Type:  Full-Time

Job Summary

Blue Line Drywall is looking for a reliable and hardworking  General Laborer  to support our drywall installation crews on residential and commercial projects. This position is stationed at a jobsite in Long Branch, NJ. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist drywall installers and foremen with daily job site tasks
• Load, unload, and transport drywall materials and tools
• Prepare and organize job sites before and during projects
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and positioning drywall when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
• Remove debris and properly dispose of construction materials
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule

Requirements

• Reliable transportation or a personal truck required  for traveling to job sites
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to  75 lbs
• OSHA safety training (10 required / 30 plus)
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team
• Comfortable working at various job sites throughout the area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in drywall, framing, or general construction
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
