Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will bring reliability, integrity, and teamwork to each shift while contributing to a professional and welcoming environment. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, common spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and assist with visitor-related directions, questions, and/or reporting procedures in accordance with site expectations.
• Support daily property operations by reporting hazards, disturbances, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear information to occupants and guests.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
