KS1054 - Four Full-Time Housekeepers - Los Altos and Woodside, CA

Overview

A busy family of professional adults (and friendly dogs) across multiple households (Woodside and Los Altos) are seeking to hire four housekeepers, two at each property, to create a dedicated and reliable housekeeping team to maintain a clean,organized, and welcoming home environment. The ideal candidate will have experience.working with a team and a keen eye for detail. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Guaranteed 40 hours per week (includes daily 30-minute unpaid lunch for a total of 37.5 paid hours/week). The position is hiring four housekeepers immediately upon finding the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Performing various cleaning and household management tasks
• Ensure the smooth operation of the home
• General cleaning (indoors and outdoors)
• Household duties as needed
• Cleaning & Maintenance
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
• Maintain the Home’s exterior overall appearance as well as all outdoor
• furniture and protective covers; clean exterior windows; wash patio areas, etc.
• Organize and declutter spaces to ensure a tidy and functional home environment
• Laundry & Ironing - wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing and linens
• Manage laundry schedules and ensure proper care of clothing and household textiles
• Assist with documenting outgoing and incoming Dry Cleaning
• Assist with organizing and managing household supplies and equipment
• Help with communicating any inventory needs

Requirements

• Must be legal to work in the US
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• Prior experience as a housekeeper in a high-end home
• Fluent in English and able to communicate verbally and electronically
• Must be a nonsmoker
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
• Ability to handle household tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable and trustworthy, with a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and online time card systems
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and preferably grow with our company Salary and
