HVAC Technician

HVAC Technician – Direct Hire Location: Latham, NY

Compensation

$70,000–$110,000 annually + Sales Incentive Eligibility Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Latham, NY operations team. This position will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and operating commercial HVAC systems across a variety of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and operate commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and required PPE guidelines.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers and facility personnel.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment.
• Work effectively within a small team environment.
• Attend required safety training.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed based on business demands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with current communications technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required. Physical

Requirements

This position requires frequent walking, standing, climbing ladders and stairs, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working in various positions. Candidates must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. frequently, 51–100 lbs. occasionally, and 101+ lbs. on rare occasions.
