Qualifications

Education • University degree (Successful completion of Dental Anesthesiologist program and Board Examinations)

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a valid Dental Anesthesiologist for the state in which they will practice
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Dental Anesthesiologist Program
• Dental Anesthesiologist certificate to practice required.
• Experience Dental Anesthesiologist or new licensees are welcome Additional Information The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment screening consisting of a Criminal Record Check,Drug Test, Degree Verification.
