Job description
Who We Are Who You Are Perfect Communications, located in Moorestown, NJ, a premier full-service commercial printing company, is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our production team as a Bindery Operator . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong willingness to learn the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of standard print finishing and bindery equipment (such as tabbers and binder and inkjet machines). We are looking for a reliable team player who can work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for setup, operation and troubleshooting of various bindery equipment
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on finishing equipment.
- Responsible for quality output
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
- Assist in all finishing operations as production workload may require. What You Bring
- Must have at least 3 years of general print bindery experience.
- Ability to stand for length of shift.
- Ability to bend and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime based on work volume
- Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding quality and production output requirements
