Overview

Position: Speech Language Pathologist Location: 55 Unity Point Way, Marshalltown IA 50158 Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm

Compensation

Starting at $70,000 and up (Commensurate with experience) Incentives: $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Marshalltown, IA. Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
• High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
• Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

Qualifications

• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure required
• ASHA certification is required
