Job description
Jobsbridge Hadoop developer with sold experience in implementing or running Hadoop for large scale systems. 3-4 years of solid Hadoop experience. Familiar with Hadoop tools/languages such as Python, Pig, Hive, Hadoop Streaming, Sqoop, Oozie, etc.
- Solid understanding of MapReduce and how the Hadoop Distributed File System work.
- Experience with Hadoop clustering.
- Experience with Zookeeper configuration for distributed Hadoop.
- Understanding of Hadoop Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Sharding and shard management.
- Hands-on experience with related/complementary open source software platforms and languages (e.g. Java, Linux, Apache, Perl/Python/PHP, Chef, Puppet). Skill : Java, Linux, Apache, Perl/Python/PHP, Chef, Puppet
