Production Support consultant

Job Description An ideal candidate for this job to have experience in production support on a platform of Unix / Windows. Nice to have experience with compliance related product such as FircoSoft, Actimize. Description: 3-5 yrs of production support experience in Unix / Windows Good understanding / experience in ITIL / ITSM, ticketing tool such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy etc. Good communication skills

• Experience of production support in financial services company, with understanding of security policies etc.
• Experience in compliance area or one of the compliance related product such as FircoSoft, Actimize will be plus, but not mandatory
