FT Maintenance Technician/HVAC

Job Description: Maintenance Technician/HVAC Full Time Bristol Village Waverly OH 5 years of HVAC experience required Bristol Village located in Waverly OH is a continuing care retirement community with a team of professionals that is unmatched in the area! We are seeking a Lawn Crew Member who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors! Qualified candidates for this position offer:

• Education: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 5 years of HVAC experience. One year to two years maintenance experience, preferably in a long term care environment.
• Skills/Abilities: Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
