Position: Lumper (Container Loading & Unloading) Location: Theodore/Mobile Area, Alabama 36582 Pay: Based on your productivity and workload (box count, weight, and other factors). The more you move, the more you earn! Schedule: Each warehouse sets its own schedule. You start when the client has containers come in and finish when your assigned container is completed. Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload containers
• Organize and stack products properly
• Inspect shipments and report issues
• Operate pallet jacks and related equipment
• Keep the work area clean and safe
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stay physically active all day
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working in hot or cold conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and proactive attitude
• Reliable transportation
